Looking for a bold statement in the garden? Hidden depths has it all. These are large, beautiful purple flowers with an extremely ornate gold edge. The petals are very wide, with a lighter watermark surrounding a green throat. The color varies through the season from a medium purple to a dark lavender. The gold edge is heavily ruffled and pleated, in what seems to be a piling up of large clusters of gold nuggets.
